Bio: Rob has been involved in the tech industry for over twenty-five years as a developer, data scientist, researcher, and angel investor. Currently, he is the CTO of Gaize.ai, an impairment screening company dedicated to promoting safe roads and safe workplaces through technology that provides evidence of active impairment. Rob has published more than thirty peer-reviewed papers in well-known journals and conferences, including AAAI, AAMAS, and IEEE. He holds one U.S. patent, with another currently under consideration. Rob holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Drexel University.

Bio: Michael Becker is a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Penn Medicine, where he has spent over a decade applying AI to improve patient care. With more than 25 years of experience, he has led projects integrating machine learning into healthcare, including HIPAA-compliant large-language models and AI-driven palliative care interventions.
His research explores AI applications in hospital forecasting, emergency care, and workplace safety analysis using large-language models, including the creation of CHIME, a widely adopted open-source COVID-19 hospital capacity planning tool.

Michael has spoken at industry conferences such as PyData and PyCon and has co-authored multiple publications on AI's role in healthcare. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Drexel University and remains dedicated to advancing AI-driven solutions in medicine.
